The cleaners did a great job and I am very pleased. The price was fine considering what a good “End of Tenancy Cleaning” job they did and the carpets looked fantastic. We got the inventory checked this morning and the clerk commented on how the clean the flat was. I originally thought £200 was a lot of money but it seems that most companies charge alot more than that.

Dear Eva,
I contacted your company for end of tenancy cleaning in London and were given a price of £165 for a full one bedroom flat cleaning and carpet cleaning with a 100-hours guarantee. I however decided to go ahead for a different end of tenancy cleaning agency for £100 thinking they offered cheap end of tenancy cleaning. However the inventory inspection clerk raised over a 50 issues and informed me that they will be hiring their company cleaners for £450 + VAT. I kindly called your company and requested that you rescue me and your company happily helped me. The same Inventory inspection clerk did the inventory again and I been told there was nothing wrong with the service this time and I was given my deposit back
I am sorry for not going ahead with your company but I have learnt my lesson hardway and i will make sure my family and friends always use you and not go for a cheaper but nasty company!
